A Paid Advertisement is not Free Speech

A paid Advertisement is not free speech and must follow the same laws the FCC applies to advertisements that lie or misrepresent the facts. No matter the platform, No matter who gets paid or funded by fake, lying, or misinformation in paid advertisements is Illegal and should apply to any means of advertisements that are paid.

I think we need to Sue the FCC to make sure that they fine and remove any paid advertisement or support when the advertisement lies or misrepresent.

Paid Media applies to all, just not TV.
