How is it when a Rich person is convicted of a crime they just give a portion of the money they made from the crime? But others (not Rich) would lose all their cash, their vehicles, their homes, then be sent to prison with nothing?
Even if the crime was minor and did not include illegal activity on/with all the non-rich person's assets. They still lose everything.
The act of government agenesis taking money and assets when no crime was charged or convicted is unconstitutional.
Why are we taking everything from the poor and middle class while taking very little from the rich?
