We have laws that do not allow profits related to crimes.

If a political party or elect advertises or asks for support for the January insurrection then that money must be given back.

If a political party or elect advertises or asks for support to fight the losses from a legal election then that money must be given back.

Crimes in office even if not convicted can not be used to gain support or money.

Anyone paid to support false claims of voter fraud or election losses must forfeit any income or expenses paid.
