Gerrymandering fix = depending on populations, zones should be broken down by (county - then city/town – then zip code- then high schools- and then elementary schools). If continued splits must be made a bi-partisan local council will make a map to submit to a special election for the people to vote on.

Splitting up local communities makes it harder for one to vote and can split up communities through politics.

Having a school district split up between representatives make no since. Except to denie ones representative access and to allow a minority to rule when a community does not feel that way
