Give all Native American Reservation Land to the Native Residents for 100%Native Ownership, no longer under federal control. Remove black holes in laws that protect criminals when a crime is on reservation land.

Its also my personal belief that control and management of all BLM Land, Federal and State Parks, and Nature preserves should be handed over to the native tribes of the U.S.

All taxes and funds for these lands would also continue to support these lands as needed. But under the control of the Native People. Just like how we fund them now.

This would continue for any new lands that may be designated as such. Once designated and controlled by the native peoples only they can choose to de-designate or allow uses of any type.
