Gun Control 1^st must be 21yr old, 2^nd must have taken gun control and use class and pass a handwritten test, 3^rd must-have mental evaluation and pass, 4^th must-have active Gun ID License. 5^th Mental health needs to be Free for anyone. 6^th Hand Gun personal carry / concealed laws.

1^st Just as we must be 21 years of age to purchase Alcohol so should the licensing, purchasing, and ownership of Guns. 

Special Gun use for Hunting with legal Gun owning adults to allow those under 21yrs use a family member's weapons (single Load, no Semiautomatic, or military-style).

Weapons in homes with those under 21yrs or Houses/properties that may have minors within at any point should have weapons locked up in a manner that the minors can not find keys or codes to unlock weapons.

2^nd All users minor or over 21yr must take a weapons class and pass a test. To cover all aspects of safe weapons use and storage.

3^rd Before any Gun License is issued and mental evaluation must be given and assed to be a safe Gun user. With no doctor hopping until someone gets passed. And must wait 3 months before taking another mental evaluation if failed. If any mental health official believes the user should NOT have weapons they could be barred from reapplying until mindset and ability have been helped and a court order must be made to allow the user to reapply to gain a gun ID.

Any crime / or charged crime will trigger another mental evaluation to see if Gun access should be removed. Any violent crimes will trigger a police confiscation of all weapons and ammo until after a court decision. If guilty of a violent crime with or without the use of a weapon. Depending on Charged crime this may mean temporary or permanent loss of any access to any weapons including Guns of any type.

4^th After successfully passing gun control classes and mental evaluation a 21yr+ can purchase a Gun license that can be used to buy and house Legal Guns for only the person on the ID. 

No person-to-person gun sales or Gifts until a gun dealer can verify both parties are legal gun owners.

Gun dealers and person to a person must verify the Gun IDs of the seller/gifter and the buyer/end-user are legal and active gun IDs.

Family members with legal gun IDs can allow the use of their guns at fire ranges and hunting with them. However, users of any age must still take and pass Gun control classes and mental evaluation. A minor can then get a minor gun ID that does not allow ownership, only gun use while with a legal gun-carrying person.

5^th Mental health must be available to all for free even those who are not or would-be gun owners. This starts in school and throughout the whole life of those that may need it. We should give free tuition to people who wish to go into mental health services.

6^th Hand Gun personal carry / concealed must complete additional class and test for concealed carry or public carry outside of gun ranges and hunting. This class will be more about how to keep guns holstered during times that do not require a weapon in one's hand. To keep others from gaining control of your holstered gun. And when it should be upholstered. Along with Laws that allow any businesses or public places to ban any and all weapons from their property. And a law that makes carrying any weapon during protests or public gatherings a felony.

Once a person becomes a legal gun owner an active Gun License ID may purchase guns and ammo. Once the Gun ID has been verified it is valid and active for each purchase. No record of how many guns one may own individually or how much ammo or supplies a person will purchase. Gun IDs for minors are not permitted to buy guns or ammo, parts for guns, or make ammo.

Any convicted crime no matter the type or level will give judges to option to revoke one gun license temporarily or permit. During the suspension of Gun ID, the person must voluntarily relinquish all guns and ammo to authorities. If Gun ID is temporary local / state / federal will store guns until the person is permitted to have guns again. Any ammo will be sold off with funds going to any Gun public educational advertisements. The storing of live ammo will not be done. 

If a person is found with any guns or ammo. Including using someone else gun while on suspension or revoked gun ID will trigger a lifetime band on all weapons. No guns of any type or ammo may be on the same property as a resident person that has had gun rights removed temporarily or permanently.

Any person that has gun rights temporarily or permanently that violates these laws cold see jail time and additional convictions along with a lifetime ban.
