Make it a felony to withhold information publicly about Cures or other medical treatments for any reason. Give 6 months to companies, investors, Patent holders, employees, and anyone else with knowledge of a cure, alt treatments, or better treatments. After this time felony includes murder charges for the estimated amount of people that could have been saved from death or had better treatment. Phamaciduical Companies must submit cures if found and not only long-term medical treatments to secure higher profits.
