Prisons Should only be for Violent or Serious Crimes

All non-violent crimes that are not a danger to the populous should not be jailed.

Instead, these people should be able to continue their lives while repaying to the community and state.

From public works to helping those who may need help to live.

It would be cheaper to send these people to college than incarcerate them.

We need to make these and all criminals better people during this time. Not making them hardened criminals that do not want to be part of a peaceful society.

Summary
