TOS (Terms of Service) agreements should not allow illegal use of your personal data by companies and more.

Privacy laws already exist. When a user accepts these TOS agreements it allows companies to no longer follow already established laws.

Imagine a Drug House having a TOS that allows drug use within the building.

IF we allow Companies to violate our rights and established laws that a TOS covers. Then it is the same as a TOS that allows any law to be broken if the people agree to it.

IF so then we just need a TOS to allow anything.
